The private ceremony took place at Witherspoon’s ranch estate in Ojai, Calif.  Guests were invited for a pre-wedding cocktail hour to mingle and enjoy themselves before the 20-minute ceremony.  Renée Zellweger, Sean Penn with Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, and Alyssa Milano and her CAA agent husband, David Bugliari were all in attendance.
